The emails send you to a website where you have 3 tries. you can tell them how much you can pay to settle your account, and how many payments. the payments are in months (1 payment per month). does anyone have any experience in how low of an offer they will take? OK, I guess i'm getting confused by this one. If a OC referrs an account to a CA, and you don't pay it, then they send it to another and another, and they all report it, once the accoount goes on to another agency do they then loose their "right" or authorization to collect it, basically loose their "ownership" of the account? At that point do they then have to remove any negative reports as they no longer are authorized to colect onthe account?

Please help! I have a pay day loan with Sonic Payday Ltd which was due on 10/14/05. I was not able to pay my loan due to an unexpected hardship that arised. I've always been a 'good customer' of Sonic. I have loaned with them 8 different times - it is only now, my 9th loan that I have defaulted.
