I feel happy to share that all my credit card debts are gone away. Now I don't have any new debt. Two years back it was $18000.00 and today it is $0.00 I was a dedicated man during these two years in completing my payments. Now that the journey is over, I am feeling very relaxed. Thanks to this site who have shown their support throughout the ordeal. I have appreciated everything in this forum. I have taken the pics of my last two checks sent to CITIBANK. Its time for me to celebrate with a carton full of beer.

Hello, This is my first time on these forums and after reading around for little bit i decided to ask a question reguarding my girlfriend. She has a debt on Marshal Fields credit card which is $3200 ($175 minimum payment) and also two small credit cards where one is $400 ($20) and other is $200 ($10) that is pretty much it She has a car loan for $6500 ($180) and $1200 ($70)student loan, plus her insurance is like $220 a month :( Reason for my post here is that she is unable to keep on top of her bills due to really high interests on these cards.

How come I have to give my checking account # and router # in step four to submit an application with you?

I just had my initial consultation with Superior debt services inc. The guy was cordial but when I mentioned consolidation he said he didn't know what I was really talking about and insisted on settling. I haven't made a payment in 6 months so he says I'm a good candidate for settlement since they may get nothing if it continues to drag out. He says they can get a 50%+ ($8000+) reduction but it will cost me 15%, that's $2500 plus I'll be taxed on the $8000 by the IRS for another $2000.

I just looked at my recent credit report and FSM Group sold my account to Certified Recovery Systems. Certified Recovery Systems has reported my debt on my credit report. Can they do that?

okay are these guys lawyers or are they a CA. Am dealin g with them due to a couple of nsf checks theat were referred from telecheck. They call wanting all up front or else yet they refuse to validate the debt.. help and advice please

I am looking to try to consolidate all of our credit cards again. I was with Incharge til March 2005 when they simply dropped us from the plan because our account balances totaled less that $5000.00. What does debt consolidation Care charge to reconsolidate? If a credit card has went to collections, can I still consolidate the cards? We are on a tight income. My husband is the only one that works and I am unable to work do to a back injury and was denied disablility because I didn't have enough work credit hours.
