In my initial consultation I'm wondering what it takes to qualify for consolidation. I'm a student and self employed do I need to provide W-2's?

I am getting really sick of having to decide which bills can wait and which have to be paid...In the end i am getting no where and make everything harder.

I have two rather large accounts with a Financial company that keeps going from CA to CA. It seems that everytime I ask for validation, it gets passed on to someone else. now 'encore' has it. I wrote them over a month ago, asking for validation and I haven't heard anything back. one account is over 2,000 and the other over $4,000. And as I said, everytime I ask for validation, I don't hear anything for several months and when I do, its on to someone else. whats my next move? should I write them again or wait it out? after what just happened to me with sams club, I'm getting a little paranoid.

I need to see does anyone have Experian's address. Or would you know how I can put a letter in with my credit if anyone inquires.

Can someone collect on a cheque if they already have picked up the items that the check was for?

My credit has been excellent for ten years. Today I received a collection letter from an agency who names a LLC company as the current creditor and OSI/Gulf State Credit as the original creditor. Is it safe to ignore this letter? I have never heard of OSI/Gulf, but I believe they may have bought an old charged off debt from a credit card company. There has been no activity on any of my charged off accounts for at least ten years. If OSI purchased the debt, shouldn't the credit card company be listed as the original creditor? BTW, all of my old debts are past the sol.
