anyone know anything about the MBNA Cleansweep program?

Hi, I am new to this forum. My beef is with with allied interstate Collections from Columbus, Ohio. I had a phone stolen this year in January and my service was with Verizon Wireless. I reported the theft to the police and the FCC, but my phone was not replaced until May.

I'm looking for a non-profit debt consolidation agency? What fees should I expect? One non-for profit doesn't make the first payment to my creditors until 30 days after I enroll and pay them a fee which is equal to the regular monthly payment to my creditors. Does that sound right? If I could afford to make two payments I wouldn't be in this situation. Any suggestions for agencies that don't have a high upfront fee? :?

Okay I have a judgement agaisnt me but I still live in my apartment complex it was made august the 30th but I have been making payment arrangements with the apartment complex that I have been staying in and no one has told me anything about this judgement cause a couple months ago they tried to evict me so if I am still staying somewhere and i have a judgement agaisnt me what does that mean?I just found this out lastnight when I pulled up to see all the judements I had agaisnt me and my rent company is still taking the payments from me like there is nothing wrong and my landlord told me not to

What do I need to do to get back on track. I want to get a consolidated loan but I dont know how. If I get one will they pay off my bad debt with creditors then I pay them back? How does that work?

I am only 19 years old I have a 1 year old daughter and Im in serious trouble. I have a car loan, I owe money to many different collection agencies for phone bills, electric bills and i am in the process of getting a class 4 felony for deceptive practices. The deceptive practice is not my fault,I was selling on EBAY and sold a car I recieved a cashiers check and deposited it in my bank they acepted it and even gave me 300 cash. 3 weeks later and 8 written checks later i recieved notice from my bank that the cashiers check was counterfeit and they closed my account.

Can a Creditor seek a Judgement in their favor for an assigned debt without giving me the chance to dispute the validity of the debt? Can I demand proof from a collection agency that they are legally empowered to collect a debt owed to someone else, if so what should I need to see?

:?: I am filling an application out for the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program-I will be in the contigent program. The form states one has to make 3 payments first before income is calculated. Will the 3 initial payments be large ones? Could someone give me an example what the first 3 payments may be? Lets say if someone owes $9.000. dollars would thir payment be over $200.00 for the first 3 months until the income is calculated. I tried calling the Direct Loan Program but I never got a direct answer. If someone could help, I really would appreciate it. Thanks

We received a statement from our bank with a $9.95 charge from this USA Benfeits. I had no idea who these people are so I did some research and found this web-site. Our bank had no contact information only a number which is always busy! I was able to get their contact information from this web-site. They told us we had visited a web-site and in doing this agreed to this membership? How are they able to get away with this. We had called and spoke with the Supervisor whom refused a refund until my husband told them we know of this web-site, and what they are doing.
