how can i get these check advances paid off

tryin to determine what an amount of debt is associated with as it was on my credit report and I know nothing about it.

I have 9 payday loans and I cant seem to catch up. The interest is killing me. I want to pay off what I owe but how can I with this high interest? Can debt consolidation help me with this

I have a bad debt listed by Capital One that is not my account. I have tried twice to get this removed to no avail. I have only had one card with them, which they used a cutoff of my application signature to respond with the last time. Question? How do you prove it's not your debt when you never had it to begin with? Especially with one of the highest rated (worst to deal with) card companies?
