I have a poor credit report from all bureaus but was wondering if you could help me with one in particular-Bank of America Visa. They will not settle on payments and want a lump sum which I cannot pay right now. I want to cancel out card but they won't stop interest rates on card or cancel out until I pay. Can they do this?
