Does it go against your credit report. All I want to do is consolidate my credit cards to one payment but have not done so because I wasn't sure about the credit report.

Let me understand - you renegotiate with my credit card companys to lower my debt? So how does that impact my credit rating? And what do you charge?

I recently finished making two years worth of payments to united recovery systems for a HSBC Bank debt which I thought would be paid off this month. Now they are calling me again to set up more payments. They set the payments up for 24 months last time and never once mentioned that I would still owe after these original payments were made.

All, Just finished printing 2 of 3 credit reports. Last one I wasn't able to start, because computer decided it was going to shut down browser because of unknown problem. Anyway......... How long do items remain on a credit report? For the state of Colorado, if that's of any help. Can any item beyond the SOL be removed from report, at my request?? What stays and what is removed?? i am a first time home buyer..when i intially signed the closing on my house i had two mortgages with same bank.Seven months after i moved in, my bank sold one of the mortgages to another mortgage company without notifying me,i kept making the payment i was originally billed, until the person that cosigned on my house was recieving phone calls that said that was not paying my payments after that my payments tripled.the second mortgage company keeps telling me that i am missing payments when i have statements the say i have paid them.i tried call a supervisor and nobody has been willing to hel
