I had a payday loan out and they told me the same thing that there telling everyone else. I paid 1000.00 and I still haven't got anything from them. So I called the Distrit Attorney Office he told me not to pay them anymore money and to get a lawyer so that's what I did. :twisted:

I have 5 payday advances, from 5 differnt companies, totalling about $3600, and cannot afford to pay them, let alone the finance charges which are due ASAP. :cry: I know the evil that lies with payday advances, but at the time I took them they were my only option and now, I am struggling to pay just the finance charges and keep rolling them over every two weeks, which is getting me nowhere. Can your company help me to consolidate these loans? I am desperate to get myself out of this situation! Thanks Kristen

I am attempting to send collection agencies an offer for settlement, however, they refuse to release their address or work with me unless I furnish my personal information i.e account or referance numbers. I do not wish to communicate with them verbally how do I get past the road block.

I have recently had a bankruptcy charge-off. However, I still have hanging over my head the IRS and 2 payday loans. Can I enroll in debt consolidation and may I include these two items? Thanks.

hi, Ive been living in the UK for 5 years now. recently ive been contacted by some debt collectors, "national payment center". they say they are trying to collect a student loan from 10 years ago. they call me twice a week, and send me 2 letters a week. I have asked them on the phone several times to let me see the original paperwork, but nothing is sent.They say they are taking me to court, etc even without my presence. one lady threatened to garnish my wages, take my assets, etc. then another lady told me nothing would happen to me if I didnt pay it, as I live in another country.

I read on line somwhere that in some states they can still prosecute on bad check charges for payday loans. Does anyone know what states these are? I was just wondering if Ellis Crosby and associates have any ground to stand on?
