I have a lot of credit card debt. I have never been late or overdue. i pay $450 dollars a month over 3 cards. and i would just like one bill. Wj\hat should i do since i am not the traditional credit problem

Hi All, I am too a vitim of the dreadful EC. They also threathed me. I am also a vitim with the payday loans and have filed bk. My lawlwer told me to ignore them he is sending them a letter. He said that if they try to sew me he is going to sue them bastards himself and make me some money. I love my lawler. You know thoug no more payday loans for me. I ahd palnned to file bk anyway and was sure if I could include them he said sure those payday loans needs to be put out of business. I felt so much better reading everyone's letters. Thanks guys. if I enroll in a program that allows me to make one monthly payment, am I not able to use the credit cards again

I received a call today regarding a payday loan I acquired through FSM Group. I was caught off guard because the company itself never contacted me in writing or via e-mail. Then I get this call from I believe a collection agency telling me that I have two charges against me and the amount allegedly owed. I questioned the amount and the person hung up the phone. I called back a number of times because I wanted the name of the collection agency and an address (as I have never received any correspondence from them). Again, they hung up the phone.

Since Ellis Crosby and Associates have been suspended, do I still have to pay them money? Or should I wait until their suspension is over? Thanks for any input

Can you advise me of the fee imposed for debt consolidate services.

I spoke with zwicker and ass. earlier this year, agreed to a settlement and wasnt able to pay it b/c of money problems that came about in my home. someone from zwicker called and told me that my account is up for litigations and that i would have to pay atty. fees and that they would start taking money from my husbands paycheck since i wasnt working.can they do that? im still not working and now i dont know what to do..please help

I can't afford a chapter 13. I did the only thing that will help anybody with major debt. I got myself a good attorney and filed chapter 7. Thank God!!!!!
