i am currently trying to buy a house. and i need help

During college, I didn't have enough money to pay all of my bills and I got caught up in the credit card/ payday loan trap. Being a single person, it has been extremely hard to get everything paid on time as there seems to be a fee for everything anymore. Now, I have a very good paying job and I work two other part-time ones just to get by, well barely by. However, I have so much debt that it is so frustrating. I have trouble paying even for necesseties. I keep trying to pay off my payday loans, because that is where my major problem is.

A judgement was ordered against me for a loan from 11 years ago. It was charged off in 98 and sold to a 3rd party collection. They are now trying to seize my assets. Can they do this? The SOL in NC is 3 years...What do I do now???

above agency contacted us friday demanding pymt of debit 1996 ss number wrong, mailing address wrong city & state ex-wife is primary cardholder husband secondary. what can we do since we were not aware of this outstanding item?

Hello I need some help on what I can do. I filed Bankruptcy in Feb 97. While in the hearing a Sears rep was there. I resigned to pay them a portion of my debt. Well I was paying them for a while and one day they called me on the phone and told me if I make 3 regular monthly payments they would bring my account current and I could charge again. I did just that paid 3 months and they refused to let me use my credit card again even though they told me I could. Anyway I never paid them since and I got my credit report. It says that my account was a charge off.
