I ended up going negitive in a back account back in 2011-Flagstar bank-They turned me over to collections too JJ Marshall. JJ Marshall turned me over to an attorney and I did get my payroll garinshed. The attorney did serve me with court papers the right way.None the less the debt was paid in May 2012. I have the court paperwork proving the judgement was paid. The attorney never showed up on my collections-just the money judgment showed up and JJ Marshall-It is reported paid also from the court and JJ Marshall. I get an alert today saying something went to collections.

My father was at home an a gentleman approached him with papers. He slid the papers through the door and left. Can you still work with collection agencies and offer to pay a debt in full in return for them deleting it from your credit report? I've been reading about this option and have found some articles that state it's not as easy as it sounds because the collection agencies usually refuse.

Currently I have a payday loan through Hydra Fund & 247greenstreet.com. I am trying to dispute the validity of the loans with Iowa law. Am I correct in stating that since these lenders are on the list of licensed lenders with Iowa and they are out of the country I am not obligated to repay the debt? It was with a place calleed Irecovery before, they refused my offe rof a payment plan of 200 a month, then nvee rheard form them for a while, then i get this place filing agaist me,. just trying to figure out if they will work with people.
