August 2011 our 1999 minivan died, to replace the engine would cost $2000-$5000. It was financed; 3 month warranty and we'd had it about a year- all on time payments. Had about 2 years worth of payments left. We called the finance company. They couldnt help us at all; not even to move a month or 2 of payments to the end of the loan. They were borderline rude about it. We scraped together $1000 and bought a used van. Alot less nice than the financed one but its actually been working pretty well. We had to spend some money on a rental car for about a month as well.

I've been receiving calls on my house phone & cell phone from an 866 area code number - On my voice mail there was a message from a man that called himself " Ronnie " with a very deep india sounding accent. This is what he said .. " I need to speak with you or your attorney, now Andrea, if you do not get back to me, or if I do not hear from your attorney either, well I can only wish you good luck, as the situation falls on you .. thank you, have a good day.

ok i got a call from zimmerman young and associates today first of all they threatened to throw me in jail to my 11 year old son which was definitely not cool secondly i was on the phone with them all day and when i called bk tonight to make a payment the lady who was ms dobson did not work there they dont have any ms dobson i contacted my attorney and am waiting to hear bk from him they scared the crap out of me come to find out they dont have a legitimate web site and the people they say they are they arent or they dont even work there

I am 2 weeks late but citi has been calling 10 times a day. I have been letting the calls go to voicemail and it's a recording asking me to contact them regarding my acct.Should I call or continue to ignore? I have been current in everything till 2 weeks ago when I had no choice but to let some bills go unpaid. I have been struggling for the past year getting by paying min payments and charging gas to my cr cards. Now my cards are all but maxed and I have more going out than coming in. What should I do? Wife lost her job and still waiting for unemployment to kick in.

I have some hospital bills from a surgery that have gone to collections. A collection agency called my work and I returned their call. I told the representative that I did not want them to call me at work. I then asked to provide proof of the debt and he wanted to know what that would look like to me. I told him that I wanted to know who was the original creditor and what was it for. He would not agree to send me a verification of debt. I then asked for their address so that I could communicate by mail and in case I wanted to submit a Cease and Desist letter.

Anybody know this company.

I lost my job last oct I can pay off debt contatct comsumer counseling agencys and they all want 1500-1800 a month i tried to work something out with dreditors and they want too much My equity is payment is 740.00 amonth Im at my wits end what would you suggest I am unemployed at this time...having trouble getting employement my credit score went from 850 to 540 What else can i do????
