I need to know if anyone has had any dealing with Lehmann Schlosberg & Associates out of Georgia or with Alexander & Stefano out of NY I have tried to get good physical addresses from both but that's not going too well. I sent a certified to Lehmann Schlosberg two weeks ago but it was not deliverable to the address they gave me. This morning I ask for the address and after being put on hold they came back and gave me another address. I told them that this was not the same one I received two weeks ago. Of course they have moved.

What right do I, as a cosigner, have to information regarding balance and repayment of a federal student loan? I would like to ensure that the loan is being repaid before I am contacted that it is not.

Has anyone dealt with this CA? I am negotiating a settlement with them and they insist on getting my bank acct info (checking acct number & routing number). I am uncomfortable with this payment .

Hi Guys, i need help.. i have 10k debt with Amex and 7k with bank of america visa card. i was fired last week and my work visa says i need to leave the U.S by the end of july. so far i was making of all my payments and reducing my debt gradully but now i cannot pay anything. i wish to settle my debt before leaving the states, despite the fact that i know that the credit card copmanies cannot collect anything while im not in the country. i have about 50% in cash to pay them.. how would i offer that settelment and reslove this asap?? any comment will help me as i am clueless Thank you

:confused:Without any prior letters, I received a summons (delivered by a police officer on 06/05/2012) from an attorneys office for Asset Acceptance, LLC for a debt from a Bank of America credit card. This has not been registered at the County Clerks office and it states that I have 21 days to respond to the attorneys office.

My mother has a lien on her house. Before that she was doing a loan modifications and they use to tell her she never had all the paper. she went to court and the morgage representative never showed up. we called the morgage company and they told us we needed to talk to the representative that was handeling the loan modification but hes never there never calls back.

I have a $10,000 student loan that went into default and now my wages are being garnished I haven't done anything with them, haven't had any forbearance's or anything like that and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to stop my wages from garnishment?

How can I find out if these places are illegal in Ohio. Payday one, plain green, green light, ezpayday, aaa payday, ace cash express and sure advance. I have found a couple answers but I am still wondering about the other ones. Thank you. :confused:
