I had a situation where my former landlord put all these charges on my credit saying I damaged the apartment and I left early, none of which is true. I was also exploring the lawsuit option but in the meantime, I was not able to rent an apartment because of this and it destroyed my life. I did not feel I had to pay for something I did not do. they can neither validate nor show any proof of damages. I was informed a ethical hacker helps people in cleaning credit which I am so happy about. I tendered my problems to them and they removed all damaging info on my credit.

Can bankruptcy help to lower my car loan payments?

This debt collection is a complete joke. We have requested a payoff in writing, over a month ago. Nothing! They called today to try to collect, set up payment arrangements. NOT! If I had not had a Stroke, I would have taken the phone from my husband and given them an ear full. Still waiting for the payoff, no interest or late fees, since it’s there fault for taking over a month to respond. I’m not stupid, if I can’t trust them to put in writing then why the hell should I trust them at all. I may have had a stroke, but I am not dumb.

If I am not getting the credit limit I want, is it a good move to take out a secured credit card against my home? If so, then will my credit limit extend to over and above what they're offering me?

18 months have passed. Can't afford to pay off the total balance on the balance transfer card. So what do you suggest? Should I take another balance tranfer card and shift the remaining balance to avoid the interest hike?

Hello- Wondering if anyone here has any knowledge of Elastic and or NCB Management Servixes. I stupidly took out the Elastic Line of Credit and had paid over $5,000.00 in fees in 2 years for a $3,500.00 line of credit. Recently I was not able to afford the payments anymore as because of this loan I've accumulated a bunch of debt. I feel like this loan should be illegal but because it is back by Republic Bank it's not. Recently my loan was charged off to NCB Management and I've just started receiving calls from them.

Can someone help me find out if it is a legal loan? I have recently ran into problems and while intend on continuing to pay off what I borrowed the loan is more than I can bear financially right now.
