I have dealt with the credit card companies because my surgeries put me out of work. Even wrote letters. then I was turned over to a collection agency. I was to sick to respond in their timely manner. When I could respond I said this the only amount I could pay. not happy Then I have been turned over to a Collection Attorney (a big wig in our state) and I have called, mailed certified letters saying this is all I can afford at this time. then served court papers I went to court . This is happening again and again with the credit cards I owe on.

Well a month ago Trademark who said they were ace called me, my wife, family members etc demanding money or claimed I'd be sued immediately. It has been about two years since I last paid on these accounts so my question is - with the SOL being 4 years in my state, should I dispute it to the CRA's or should I just wait it out another two years so that I am past the SOL?
