Hello, My name is Taz and I live in TN. I have a pdl online and the state the loanshop is Delaware. My loan was original for 800.00 now it has gotten way out of control, I called them and Joe was very hateful with me explaining my financial situation. My next draw is june 5 for 480.00 and then to pay it off its 800.00 plus the 480. the fee is 240.00 every two weeks until paid. I know for a fact in delaware the max is 500.00 with four rollovers. What do I need to do, TN is legal but abide by the online states rules. What steps do i need to take to financially get back on track.

Hello. I have multiple online payday loans out there and can't afford to keep up with them anymore as they take out my entire paycheck and then some every week. It even causes my bank account to become overdrawn and then I have to scramble to find the fees to cover THAT. My usual monthly bills are so far behind it isn't funny, and I now have 2 medical bills in collections because of this nightmare. And oh yeah, I am about to be laid off from work in a couple of weeks so that's REALLY gonna be worse.

Hi. I live in FL. Have atleast 9 payday loans. I've read some posts but still not sure how to start with getting these companies off my back. I know I've grossly overpaid and by doing some research I think most of the companies are practicing illegally according to my state's statues on the subject. I need assistance in what to do after I close my account. I would also like to know if I can get in legal trouble with the bank for having NSF. Thanks!

I have three payday loans to the following companies: Instant loan usa - $400 My Cash Now - $350 Ameriloan - $300 I have been making regular payments but this has not affected the original amount of the loan. I checked with Minnesota Department of Commerce but none of these companies appear to licensed in Minnesota. Could anyone tell me if I am obligated to continue paying them? Thanks in advance

I'm wondering how to get qualified for this and what are ur fees for roughly $2400 in payday loans. I'm not behind yet on all 3. But its just a matter of time before I do fall behind
