I have a lot medical bills and being called from debt collectors for those as well as some older things on my credit report I do not know how to start all I know is that I wanting to get all of it cleared this year
I received a call on my work phone and my home number informing me that charges have been filed against for on three counts for check fraud, failure to pay, and internet fraud on behalf of Cash Advance USA. When I told the guy that I am contacting my AG and filing compliants, he told me to go ahead. I also told him to stop calling me at my home or my work. He said that he will not discontinue calling me and that he promises me that I will be fired from my job by this afternoon. Then he said that he will F--- me.
:confused:I took out a small loan from a financial company. I also signed up for a service that covered me if I had job lay-off, injury etc. Well,I did get laid-off and I was still getting letters about owning the debt. i triend to contact the company, faxed proof of my lay-off, but just kept getingthe run around. Now, it on my credit report. What could I do this been since 2005
:lol:I basically want to lower the interest rate on my car loan. I also want to pay off the items, and/or negotiate payments to clear up my credit. (5,000) I do not have credit card debt at this time. Would you refer me to a credit repair or can I use your rate arbitration?
I've gotten that same machine and like the others I was scared so I setup payment so I can pay them back. I love I'm florida and is there anything that I can do to get them off my back, this loan was taken out in 2007 and that account has been long closed. Can I also send them a letter to cease and desist ? if they say there going to pursue to sue me whatever can I do. I've paid them back the principal but like they told the others, I owe interest and fees. Help me please.
30 days ago, I sent a debt validation request letter to a collection agency because I felt the debt was bogus. They haven't responded, though I do have the return receipt stating they received my letter. I'm wondering if I should send a final letter, telling them that their 30 days have expired and that they're required to no longer attempt to collect on the debt. If that's the case, are there any other things I should mention in the letter? Maybe reminding them that if they reported their collection attempt to credit agencies that they have to get it removed?
Like so many people here. I have fallen victim to the PDL's so easily offered on the internet. It is to the point where most of my paycheck is going to fees. I have been desperate to get a handle on things and thru searches, stumbled on to this site. I am glad I did. I recently signed up with a PDL consolidation company. I wish I had found this sooner, I can do alot of their work myself.
