On the report dated on 02/2007 there appears to be an unsettled judgement from Arrow Financial Service LLC in the amount of $3211. I do not recognize this creditor and all of teh other jugements have been settled. Please clarify who this judgement is for. I should not have any open judgements on my file. Hi, I live in the state of Florida and currently have 3 online payday loans. The last 2months have been hell. Constantly my bank account has been in negative. Havent had extra money for gas or food. Behind on Bills. I been trying to work out payment plans but they arent being very fair. Cash in a wink says i need to have a NSF 3 times in order to qualify for a repayment plan. At that point i would owe them a total of $1400.00 they said. DJR Group says they dont care that i have over paid them in rollover fees. They dont need to obide by Florida laws due that i signed the loan agreement.

What can be done? We received this notice and we have no debt for them to file about. They have called out home at least 10 times and now this. I told them that they had the wrong number and the wrong person, but they just kept calling and now this notice. Can they keep harrassing people like this? We have no delinquent debts. Is there a class action suit against Michael J. Scott for this kind of harrassment?

I recieved a letter stating they either want a court date with trial, or admit to the debt. 3000.00. It is my debt but I truly can not pay it right now. Should I call them and tell them that?

I've been reading some of the threads and I need help as well! I was on disability half of last year and took out a few payday/installment loans just to get by. I'm back to work now, but now i seem to be in this trap of taking another loan out just to cover the last one and i'm at the end of my rope. I live in California and i'm unsure if my lenders are licensed in California.

I received my first paid in full letter today. I was pretty excited when I opened my email. I would have never got off this merry-go-round without this forum. I need a letter from you stating what my balance was, and what it is now, and that I have been faithful in paying you.

Well, using the PayDay Loans and getting behind in my regular credit cards has left me in a world of financial problems. I receive at least 15 calls every day from creditors, etc. One of my creditors (BofA) talked with me about what I owed, we discussed my budget, etc., and they basically said they would charge off the debts as they didn't see anyway I would be able to make even their minimum monthly payment option (which was $200+ dollars a month).
