A payment agreement was reached with a debt collection agency representing salliemae. 3 months later central credit services starts calling saying the previous agreement is void. Is this legal?

I am a 44 year old male with so much debts that takes every cents on my account. I can't even pay my children school fund this year. How can I be helped. I thought debt consolidation will help me but it is difficult to find an istitution that will help me in this regard. I have tried debt counselling but the company left me hanging and they are claiming that I owe them. Please help

I have had past experience with them using my name for ordering things. They are my grandson and daughter respectively. I got a payday oan via internet and paid half back and closed my account and offered to pay in payments thet refused and now they say they will garnish my wages. Can they do this without taking me to court first?
