Does anyone have any information on Flobridge LLC? I have sent them emails which they will not respond to. I spoke to Anna today over the phone when I made my $50.00 payment. Of course she had no record of any emails, and she said that I would have to be responsible for everything including the interest. From what I know, Flobridge isn't a licensed lender in Nevada, if I'm wrong someone please let me know! Anyway, I told her how I have revoked ACH transactions, and any Wage assignments. After I made my payment, Flobridge faxed my job wage assignment paperwork!

My husband and I received a loan from VIP Cash in the amount of $700. When the approached my husband with the loan, I told him that I wasn't sure about it. After reading post in this forum, I now know they are illegal in CA and owe us a refund of $1,690. Once we go to the bank to close our account, is there anyway our bank can help us recoup some of the money owed? Is is too late to dispute any of the charges? A friend received a call from a company called District Restitution out of Las Vegas but called from a 203 CT number. I called them and this guy, Scott Wilson said I was going to be arrested for check fraud on a payday loan that I havent paid back and the people that I used as references would be subpeoned to Morton County KS to testify that they know me. Is this legit? He wants me to go to WalMart and get a Pre-paid Debit Card and set up a payment arrangement with him otherwise charges would be filed. Can he do this?

OK, so the illegal lenders I can deal with, even USA Cash Express, who continues to call even though I ignore them! I am struggling now with the legal ones. I did get a settlement from Check n go, and it was great. but honestly, the others are willing to split things into payments, and individually they seem fine, but combined, I just can't do it. I am still shelling out half of my monthly income with payment plans! I am not sure where to turn. They won't change anything once you get a deal. Help please! I can't pay all of them at once, even on payment plans. Frustrated!!

I have 5 payday loans, all made through the internet. One of them is with CashNetUSA, and the one with them has been one I have had for about 2 years. In the loan with them I have been paying one loan off and taking out another one to pay my bills and pay off the payday loan, and got lost in a never ending pit of payday hell obviously. So I have figured it up the last loan I took out with them was for 600.00 and the amount of interest I have paid them over my loan history is 1564.06.

I just acquired a payday loan from Hydra Financial Limited Fund 1 from New Zealand and it states the loan agreement is governed by the laws of the commonwealth of new zealand and by the the federal or state laws of the United States. I live in North Carolina and I was wondering is this illegal. I have asked them not to send me anything but they did and now they are saying that I have to pay their money plus interest. What can I do?

I hired Jason Hass debt consolidation in the last 4 years now. But When I check my credit report last week just to process my home for refinancing, I notice that there's a credit report claiming that I still owed $ 1,600.00 from a medical bill which this suppose to be settled already. Any advice or comment?:(

ok so i am now in for citi at 14.5 k. I posted before and got responses to miss some payment to try and settle. They called me off the hook for a day straight after missing my first payment! I talked to the lady gave my issues and she said they could offer me 385 a month but didnt even talk interest! What should i expect in the up incoming months? When will they try to settle? Thanks

Hey there, After finding out that all of my payday loans were illegal in the state of CA. I sent out my letters letting them know that I was revoking ACH authorization and requests for over payments. I received one letter back stating that they would accept that my loan was paid in full but would not refund my over payment since I agreed to the term as 'governed by the world wide web'. That's fine I just wanted them to stop taking my money. (Vandelier Group - Advanced $250 / Paid back $375 to date) I am now concerned because I've started receiving debt collection phone calls.

I had a gentleman from an "investigation team" call me stating that Huntington is sending someone to serve me papers and I fraudulently accepted payments from them years ago. I do not remember this but because I was in a meeting I became flustered and allowed them to take out funds. Now that I have read up on them and had a lawyer friend of mine tell me that they are illegal, I am out $480. I changed my stopped that card and was re-issued a new one today. What do you think will happen?? Will I go to jail or court?
