I got a debt settlement offer from law office of m.n.kay on behalf of FDS Bank/Macys
before I send them my money I want to make sure this is legit, and im not gonna send a bunch of money to some people and not have my debt paid off.
has anyone dealt with law offices of mitchell n. kay in the past?
thank you! :D
Also in the dv letter send a cease and desist to only communicate thru USPS. Since u called them more than likely they got ur number on caller id.
Just a suggestion,
Ang

I called with the control number the automated beast told me and had a heated discussion with some guy with an Indian accent. All I wanted from him was an explanation of who Mitchell N. Kay is and what they do. He only persisted in asking ME a bunch of personal questions without explaining who they are!
Giving him no information (not even the control number) he said I should Google them and here I am! Glad I found that no one thinks they are legit and sees they are a scam.
I told them to cease & desist with the harrassing phone calls since I have no relationship with them. Besides, I have no unpaid debts with anyone past or present - so I know I am clear and they are a fraud.
I don't think he liked me asking if he's actually sitting in Nigeria.
What a fraud!
