If you and your computer have ever had the misfortune of being attacked by a Trojan Dialer specific to 900 numbers, you more than likely have been dealing with the likes of EBSI (Enhanced Billing Services Inc) & Integretel (Both are Billing Aggregators) from entries on your phone bill. They are representing the internet scam outfits such as MMI Communications , Information Services and Live Interactive to name a few.
Unauthorized and evasive charges have been placed there by these organizations via the malicious dialer which accesses international 900 number sites. The only time when you are made aware of this activity is when you receive your monthly telephone bill.
The general rule of thumb is: when you challenge these bozo's (Aggregators) after their uneducated telephone reps accuse you or someone else in your household of accessing pornograhic websites, they tend to back down and credit your account (without any word of apology of course). You would tend to believe that this was the end of the matter.

Not so I am afraid, because waiting in the wings, months later are the lowlife bottom feeding debt collectors. These unsrupolous characters buy up old telephone records and debt from even more unscrupolous vendors and go after for what they can get. This is where you may have had a call from a Mr.David or others threatening you with lawsuits, disconnecting your phone line and further harrassment, without fully identifying himself or their client, which is the law.
If you do not challenge this moron on initial contact he may stay on the line long enough to tell you he represents the law firm of a Paul Kupferstein & Associates. Otherwise, he hangs up. The phone number they tend to call on is (905) 474 3535. Investigation of the number gives the address as follows:

Thats right Canada, They are also located at several other addresses including PO Boxes, and they are all located in the Markham area. They tend to move around a lot! For peace of mind call the RCMP Phonebusters 1-888-495-8501 or Recol 1(888) 495-8501 hotlines (same number) and your State Attorney General. The Law Society of Upper Canada are also very interested to hear from you. (416) 947 3310. They and the RCMP are very much aware of the activities of these scam artists in their area. This is total fraud and none of it would stand in a court of law. They are preying on vulnerability and fear using scripted scare tactics. Just ask your Attorney Generals office.

This thread has been started to put a case history together on victims and consumers they have targeted. If you are a victim please highlight your case on this forum so that we can get a portfolio of sorts on these crooks, and present it to the relevant authorities, and for general peace of mind. The more people who make complaints the more likely they will get investigated and have their illegal operation shut down. Take note they will infiltrate this forum with bogus victims who apparently ended up paying them after going through the courts. It does not happen! Continue what Charline, you seem to be the one avoiding my question. I don't see anything happening here but you doing what you seem to do best, avoid confrontation.

Stop changing the subject with asking my name because I am sure you will somehow try and turn it around and twist it to take the heat off you by saying absurb comments if I choose not to post it.

Obviously you are trying to hide the truth and I am much more mature to stoop to your level of avoidance - avoiding confrontation pretty much sums up the type of character you hold and the path you apparently lead your life with.

I guess this give an idea of the company you keep let alone work for which gives us all a clearer understanding.

Get out while you can because my lawyer is currently in the process of filing a suit against this law firm & company as well as all emplyees involved. Like I said before you have messed with the wrong guy. Sure I owed a debt of $750 but the method in which you people tried to collect is beyond imaginable to the point of putting my elderly parents in tears and almost hospitalizing them. To let you know this debt was from a number of years ago and it just so happens that currently I do very well for myself, in fact I do so well that taking out this suit and tying up this company and the people that work in court is just pocket change to me. It was wonderful to learn about you few individuals who harrass people like you do, and well worth the $8,000 it cost me for the investigator. I use to be the little guy so I know how these people feel and now it's your turn. I know everything about you people so turn around and see who's watching you at home and at work and everywhere in between because you barked up the wrong tree

Perhaps your parents were nearly hospitalized because their son grew up to be a debtor. If you knew you had an outstanding debt and you are now doing so well, why did you not pay the bill?

Stalking is against the law, Hiring a Investigator to provide you with information is not against the law. I would have thought you would know something like this working for a lawyer's office. To the other guest (Obvious it's someone in that office) why are you keeping your ID unknow, I am going to assume that part of your small mind is wondering if I am being truthfull or not. I guess you will have to keep on guessing, but don't worry there is no need to be paranoid and to have to keep looking over your shoulder if you are involved your time will come. And one last comment, to the employee who says there is no pending lawsuites against your company/companies, I perhaps used the wrong wording by saying pending as it is in the process of being filed, Since you work for a lawfirm you should know what that means. Oh and to all the others on here, I remember in a earlier post by someone that complained and asked one of the people from this company why they used fake names when phoning people. There response was that there really was a person called MrDavid or MrSeargent(Can't remember which one they said exactly) but I do recall this person saying that they are in fact a person using there real ID. I had my assistant perform an experiment the other day and It turned out the way I thought it would. He phoned the company and asked for MrSeargent all the mean while he had one of my other office staff members to phone and ask for the same person. Perhaps someone on here can answer to me why how it was that both of these people were talking to MrSeargent at the same time? Don't use false Id when identifing yourself is a out right lie, don't play us on here for fools. Whatever you have what ever it is coming to you, in fact you have only helped me by admitting you do in fact tell people's friends and family personnell information for which you are not entitled to be doing. You people fall into traps so easy it's almost not fun.

Wow! You got me. I don't even know how to respond to this! You live in fantasy land. You are crazy. You really need help. I don't mean this in a bad way, I truly think that anyone that would go out of their way to fabricate such tales indeed needs to talk to someone professionally.
