Hi all. I took out a $500 loan with Spotloan in January. I've been paying $97.65 every 2 weeks since February and have paid $683.06 to date. I sent them an email today saying that since they are not licensed in my state that they are exceeding the 45% APR that unlicensed lenders are capped at. I asked if they could lower my interest rate to a reasonable/legal rate (it's currently 490%). I have not heard back from them but I am currently unable to access my account. Any advice/experience with Spotloan?

i have 2 credit cards one I owed $3000. & the other about $1300. I email them asking to see if I could pay $60. dollars a month on each one owed and they denied me now one of them taking me to court the highest one I explain I ws getting divorced and have child alimony to pay as well but no answer back the lower credit cd company said the lowest they accepted ws $100. 00 a month but I cant afford that so im trying to do between $50.00 to $60.
