credit bureaus not match info each other

I have one 60 day delinquency on credit report. However, I compared three credit bureaus, I realized that the month of my delinquency is not match between experian and TU and there is no 30 day delinquency before it. More interestingly, I had experian report on Aug 2011, shows delinquency on Jun 08 and I reviewed again on Jan 2012, the delinquency moved to July 08. I called TU for disputing inaccuracy. TU told me OC could correct the month delinquency between bureaus and added 30 day delinquency before 60. Could it be possible? After I dispute, can it delete the inaccuracy information?

Illegal Loans on Credit

As you may have seen from my other numerous posts, I have some payday loans that I have found out (thanks to this site) are illegal. I have already overpaid on them, closed my checking account, sent the letters etc. In one of my first posts, I did inquire as to whether these would show up on my credit report if they are considered unpaid by the company who lent the money. The reply that I got was that they are not supposed to report to the credit bureaus if they are illegal so I can try to get them removed if that does happen.

Think Cash and NCA

I received a letter from National credit adjusters today saying I owe $1362.70 from Thinkcash. Originally I dealt with thinkcash and paid them off, got another loan under plain green loans and soon found out it was illegal payday loan company so i said i would only pay what i borrowed. I followed the process on this forum, emailed plain green loans a letter etc. Heard nothing from them after that. Now im dealing with this, i've never had anything go to collections and there's no way in heck i will pay them that much for something i don't owe. What do I do?

So, What Now? (Regarding American Web Loan)

I posted in a previous thread that I took out a loan with American Web Loan in August. The amount of the loan was $600. As of December 16, I have paid $865. I filed a complaint with my state attorney general's office and sent the cease and decist letter. When I sent the cease and decist letter, I received an email advising me to contact customer service. I did so, because as far as I'm concerned, this loan is paid in full and if anything, they owe me $265.

Plain Green Loan, but Think Cash Collection?

Some time ago I took out a loan with think cash, but paid it off. A little while later I took out a loan with plain green. I paid what I borrowed and told them I would pay no more. Today I got a collection letter from saying it was think cash that turned me in. The amount is 4 times of what I borrowed. Any advice? Is this legit?

Approaching Charge Off - Need Advice (Wells Fargo & Chase credit cards)

So here's my situation: Wells Fargo Credit Card - $12,000 Chase Credit Card 1 - $15,200 Chase Credit Card 2 - $5,100 All three will be at 180 days and charged-off in mid-March. So far I've gotten a 50% settlement offer from Wells and 60% percent from Chase, which they said they could apply to both cards. I don't have the cash yet to settle at those levels and I'm getting nervous.

Old Judgment

So, I'm trying to clean up my credit and I have an old, expired judgment that is still on it. This was a default judgment which was entered against me in Arizona where the statute of limitations on judgments is 5 years. Since it is expired, the collection agency can no longer pursue this and in fact has not contacted me since about 1 month prior to the expiration date. My problem is that judgments, as I'm sure people on this forum are aware, stay on a credit report for 7 years.
