Here are the loans I have: Spot on loans-300 Paid 270 Ameriloan-450 Paid 135 7Day Loans-450 Paid 450 American Web Loan-450 Paid 360 The Cash Line-450 Paid-405 They responded to my letter right away agreeing to me paying 45 to satisfy the principal of the loan!!

hello: i hope this posting works. my account with discover is in collections. i have been unemployed for 3 years and have been unable to pay for the last 6 months.

I WAS being harrassed by Peachtree Law Center out of either Atlanta GA or Aurora CO (they would not provide address). I sent them a debt validation letter directing them to make NO contact with me other than by email. NOW, I have a Burks Taylor and Associates calling (again acting like an attorney instead of a collection agency). They called my phone 6 times this morning (went to voice mail). Are these related? Anyone have any dealings with this company?

I lived in Indiana when I took out some payday loans, I have your letter template, which is helpful, but where can I find Indiana laws on payday loans to insert into the letter???

Hi again, I'm really hoping you can lead me to some help. you've been so great and i hate to trouble you but here's the sitch i'm in, After last weeks complete drain of my account by the payday lenders fees and charges on my account the account was completely drained. after spending the day crying over what to do next, I sent the landlord a text message the next day telling him my account had been hacked and my direct deposit had been drained, that i get paid again on 22nd and would pay in full on that date.

Im curious if these companies operate legally in Ohio...and what are the steps I should take in repaying these loans? I ran into some financial troubles and cant payback any of these...my bank account is already in the RED and rejected any further payments (1) Peppercash.com - Thru Moneymutual, I owed them 300$, 105$ in principal.

Hi all. Getting sued by Cach LLC. Won a transfer of venue, and they have started action in the new county. Thus, continuing to investigate. Good news/bad news. The good news: Scott Lowery is the CEO of Collect America. Collect America is the registered agent for the Cach LLC corporation. By california law, it is a misdemeanor for an attorney to 'directly or indirectly buy or be interested in buying any evidence of debt or thing in action with intent to bring suit thereon'. The Bad News: Maybe not bad, but I don't know the answer to this question.

Hi, First off I want to thank all of you on this forum until I found this site I had absolutely zero hope. I currently have 5 outstanding pay day loans that got so out of hand I shut my bank account, but now unfortunately I have the infuriating threatening phone calls and need to know where I can go from here. Well, after writing to my AG here in NY back in September, I finally received a letter back from him yesterday stating that he cannot help me and that I should look to retain an attorney. So much for that!
