I live in Oklahoma and I signed a rental agreement with two other people for one year. The rental agreement was for one year and for anything past that I would have to sign a new agreement. After my one year was up I moved out of the place in the summer of 2008. The other two stayed behind and began a new agreement with another person. In 2009 I was contacted by a debt collection agency stating I owed rent for some period in 2009.

I could have sworn that about 6 months ago I saw somewhere in a news article online that Chris Mandarich purchased/started Cache LLC. Of course I can't find anything on the internet now. True memory? False memory? Can anybody confirm or deny, or point me in the right direction?

Does anyone know about Morgan Jackson LOC ? I had received a very threatening series of calls regarding a Pack Management PDL, but Pack said they sold it to zardam. When I call the number I was given by the caller, their system answers Morgan Jackson LOC (or maybe LLC). The phone number is 800-250-1365. They called me at work and told someone in the office that if I didnt call by 3pm they would serve me with a summons for check fraud. Of course no summons and actions on the circuit court site have been found. When I did speak with their rep I told him I dispute it.

I reside in Texas and I have 2 payday loans, both originated online, one with greenpicket.com and one with oneclickcash.com.. One Click Cash loan was $400.00 , I have rolled over 4 times, paid the interest or fees only , I have paid $480.00 ( $120.00 * 4) The Green Picket ( Northway Financial Corporation Ltd ) is different..each paycheck I pay back the loan in full with fees, interest and then I " reloan" the same day I pay...

I currently have three PDL out and would like to get out fo the cycle I am currently in. I am getting behind on other things that I need to pay, and have no money after the fees are taken each month. I have listed them below. As you can see below the only one that I have not paid all of the principle on is CashCall. Should my route be as with the other threads that I have saw on here and close my checking account, send a letter, and stop the ACHs?

I have three loans: USfastcash $400 paid $360 UnitedCashLoans $400 paid $480 Bottom Dollar $400 paid $240 Are they legal in the state of MD? Hi all! I just received a garnishment letter from my job from LVNV Funding! I'm not sure what it's even for...maybe a credit card, but not sure and I have called a few attorneys in the area and have not been able to find one that will help. What should I do? Is there any way to fight this? I'm not sure what creditor this is from or why it's so much. I want to call and ask, but I don't want to say the wrong the thing? Is there a way to get a settlement so I don't get a garnishment, or is it too late?

My husband co-signed on a loan for his ex-wife in April of 2003, they divorced in 2005, and each party was determined responsible for their own debts in the divorce decree. We recently received a letter of nonpayment, the only such notice we've had that there was a problem with the loan. It states that the original loan was for $5,000, the outstanding principal is $2,012.45, there is a past-due amount of $155.56 and the total amount due is $246.95. It states she last made a payment in July of this year. They're demanding the loan be paid in full, a total of $2,173.12.

Has anyone heard of this? I received a message last night on my machine saying that he was James Cutter and he is an independent legal courier and that he will be coming to my home and place of employment to bring some papers that I need to sign for a upcoming court appearance, and left this number 877-313-2791. I have checked my civil court records here in Wash DC, and I have no cases open right now. Can this be a scam, or does it sound like it could be legit?

Hello, I got involved with the payday loans. I am overwhelmed. I got a new bank account with a different bank. I did not close my old bank account. All my info was all over the net. In fact one payday company sent me a loan, and i did'nt even sign any papers electronically. i have made payments on most of them, and want to obviously pay back the principal. I cannot payback all of them at 30% every two weeks. One company said i will lose my job if i do not pay them, and they will have "officers" waiting for me at work.
