Hi , I recieve child support and since my ex husband has retired I am told that CSEA does not attach retirement pay. I am at his mercy as to weather or not he pays it. Should I be looking into this further, I am not recieving my full payments and I depend heavily on this money. Thanks

I sent my personalized version of the letter under "dealing with illegal lenders" to Alpine Direct and CMG Group. I received $300 from each and to date have paid $1350 on each. I have so far only received a response from CMG asking that I c all them to discuss. Has anybody had any success getting them to mark it paid in full? I also requested a refund for overpayment. Has anybody ever gotten that from them? Thanks to everyone here..I just had a recent success with another one (3B)..just curious about these too particular ones now.

I received a call today from blue shore recovery stating that my husband took out a loan with CMGLLC in April of 2009 and did not pay it back. They said this company was putting a judgement against my husband if i didn't pay over 4000.00. i told them i wanted to check with my bank and make sure this was true about the loan. they said they needed money today. they put the amount owed down to 1350.00 if i gave them a promise to pay today and give them a pre-paid debit card number.

So I know everyone is on here looking for one specific thing. That is for help to get rid of these payday loans. I'm sure most of you agree when you take out a payday loan, you are needing the money for whatever situation may arise and have "intentions" of paying them back with the first paycheck. Well the next paycheck comes around and you either barely have enough to catch up with bills or something else comes up,so now you go ahead and decide that it is easier just to pay the renewal fees in which only allows you to pay the "fee" instead of the amount owed which is the full amount.

Hello All. I am in need of some advice: Currently have an Amex bill that is $32,000 I am 58 days since my last payment I called up today and was on the phone for 2 hours with 3 different people. (guess higher up each time phone call was transferred?) I offered them $16k and I would over night them a check. They refused and would not budge from $28,000 payoff. While on the phone they did a credit check and saw that I have other accounts that I pay on time and wanted to know who was paying those, and why I cant pay Amex on time, etc...

I had a payday loan with 24/7 Greenstreet (Northway in Malta). I started months ago and paid the full loan amount every two weeks. My last loan was taken out three weeks ago and was due Friday 8/19. I closed our account on Wed of that week and emailed them on Thursday to let them know I wouldn't be able to make the payment. I have been on this rollercoaster for awhile and I couldn't afford to buy groceries...you get the idea. I recieved an email from customer service letting me know that once it showed the the debits didn't happen they would contact me about payment.

I am in a mess with Payday loans. I have one out with Advantage cash services - Loan amount was $450.00 (They keep running drafts through my bank for (I have four pending from them and ready to be returned JUST TODAY.. one for $135, $120,$50, $50, and $30.. how can they do this? ) I am going to have a jillion bank fees for returned items. I have sucessfully paid three payments of 135.00 back so far and the last payment was returned now they are doing this. How do i get them to stop? I am in California.

Ok People Ameriloan has stopped to a new low for me. I got a call from a 918-442-9103 dude said his name was Sam and he was auditing Ameriloans files and came across my name. He said he wanted to and before he could finish I hung up on him and then put that number on my auto reject list on my phone! Are you serious? So I know people have posted Ameriloan's numbers but I have added another one to the list!!!:mad::p

I just wanted to thank everyone on this site that have helped me with getting out of the payday loan hell. All the advice I received on this site concerning the laws in my state and who I could contact to get resolutions on these issues has saved me thousands in fees and interest that these companies wanted to collect. I have also been able to force some refunds because of were the lender was located and they could not hide behind tribal or another countries laws. For all those new to the site trust the experts like OhioGirl and paul they are great.
