I have accounts with collection agencies (most were bought by the CA rather then just assigned) that's been outstanding for the past two years, some nearly three. Most of these are under $2500 for each. I am finally able to work now and I am trying to pick up the pieces. Hi, my question is that the school I attended was an not credited school and they promise us a good career, the school constantly encourage student to sign up for student loans, never offer financial aid or pell grants. About four (4) years later the school file for bankruptsy I was stock with student loans of the roof and with out a degree? is there anything that I can appeal these debt as the school preaty much took off with all the money and we were left with out nothing as students?:confused: I would appricate any advise or answer. Hi All, I have more then 52k unsecured credit card debt. Everything was going on untill March 2010 i completley stopped paying my credit cards, due to some personal and fianacial issues. So my credit score dip and my account got passed to various collection agencies in dec / jan. Well now I get call from different collection agencies to make settlement ( lIke i had 20 k on 1 credit card for which the settlement offer is 6k ). I am not going through any lawyer or debt payment firms, so my questions are - 1. Just want to know if still there is some hope to get my credit on track ? 2.

I don't have any debt at all and they never stopped sending me scary notices and calling me at least once per day. If everyone who reads this dials their toll-free number 10 times per day, they'll soon be out of business.

A few years ago, I think in 2006 I paid fees for your help. You made arrangements with one of my creditors for me to pay them, which I did. Today I received a letter saying the debt was never paid. I have no proof that I did, other then you. They are planning to come after me for the debt if I can not show proof that it was paid. And while I am writing I need to say that after I paid all of the fees that you requested you no longer helped me with anything. I called on several occasions with no success. I have been hounded by creditors that you were suppose to help me with.
