How do I find out what internet pay day loans I have gotten so I can pay them. They are all three to six years old from MO, IA, and TX.

We are a business that is getting calls from these people. The person they are looking for was a customer of ours that we have not seen in almost 3 years(in fact he owes us money also). They don't seem to understand this and think we are just covering for him. Is there anything we can do to stop these calls? They are interfering with business and I fear that they might get "hostile" to our employees here. thanks

How do I find out who I have an internet payday loan with. I lost all my papers in a fire and a company is calling me non stop after I have paid 6 loans off. I don't believe I have anymore but I need to find out some how.

How do you find the date of last activity on an account that doesn't even show up on your credit report any longer? I pulled 2 credit reports and it is not on either. Attys on behalf of CA sent a letter that they are filing suit on this even after I sent a DV letter and have yet to get a response on that. Yes, I know that is a violation and I am looking for a good form letter to respond to that with a copy to the state atty general office. My SOL is 6 years and the date of last activity would have to be around that if not longer.

I just pulled my credit report and a debt that was originally a credit card with HSBC was written off - the first late was 9/2008. It was purchased by Portfolio Recovery in 9/2009. In Jun 2010 they started reporting $25 monthly payments. I have not paid anything on this debt in any amount. I have not spoken to them in any form either. They are clearly doing this to re-age the account. What can I do about this?

:confused:I applied for a loan online after a few day there was $300.00 in my account i thought it was a blessing the conformation email said the would send me a link for payment plan options it never came now the extended my loan for $90.00 more because i missed my payment date i did not know about. Now i owe them $390.00 and overdraft fees to my bank this loan did the opposite of helping me. I dont know what to do now. Any advice

i live in tn and i am in over my head with pdls!! first off i have more than the 2 totaling over $500 they ask about.....i am currectly not delinquent with any of them but i am recently unemployed so only paying with the ssi they are written on which comes in my (underage) daughters name....can you offer advice on what happens if i dont make my payments this month?!?!?
