hello we just got this in the mail that we been sent to the agency and we have to pay either of these payment options what do we do we tried calling and they say there closed

I have been hastled by some people, that have called me on the job, at home, on my cell, stating that I owe different bills at different times. If they didn't get anywhere with one, they would stop with that one, and name another, and so on. To make a long story short, this Palisades Collection, says they are an assignee of At&t national. they have actually gotten through our local court system, and have attached my payroll check. I called AT&T, and was informed that they do not use or have ever used this company, and that they do not attach anyones payroll for amounts owed.

We picked the daily pick and will recieve 55K after taxs. We play every Weds. and we never hit before. Its a silly joke around my crew, they wants to know what numbers we are playing so they can choose other picks. Our boys want to spend it on toys but we are stashing it for college. What would you do?

I borrowed money from them got in in some money trouble lost my house and job and never paid them back now they are calling me telling me i am going to jail. Can they do this? Is this legal? I have a private student loan that is defaulted and has been sent to DCS. I can not pay $10,000 out of pocket and they want all of it immediately, they told me I should take out a loan from a credit union inorder to pay it back but its no way that its even possible. Can I send my loan into rehabilitation? I just need a payment plan. How can i convince them of this. What will bethe next step they take to get their money?
