How do I file a complaint about Midland Credit Services? They called me on a Sunday moring claiming I had a master card debt that didn't belong to me. I the agent gave me her name but she wouldn't give me her ID #.

debt recovery solutions has been sending me letters now off and on for i dont know hoe many years . each time i write them back letting them know that i am not the person attached to that debt . the debt is from 2002 and i have lived at the same address since 1993 .in the past i asked for the address and when they did it only reinforced the fact that it was not me running up these telephone bills .

just learned april 15th. that a attorney has gotten a judgement againest me for approx. $3400.00 i never recieved any court papers to show up for court don"t know what the judgment is for worried if they can put a levy on my bamk accounts?

hey... I am not too sure what to do. I have debt but two low credit cardswith like 400.00 balances and student loans and lil stuff like sprint and other medical bills. Between all the debt it totals to about 14,000 what are my options. i have gotten some $ recently and am wanting to buy a house in the next few years. It is of course impt. that i repair this now. I am in school and have been able to defer the payments until i graduate, the problem is before i got back into school i was 180 days late on tem so it shows up as a negative mark.

I have received a letter from a Justice court in AZ. concerning application for entry of default from a lawyer named Barry Bussey in Tucson AZ. on behalf of Midland Funding LLC with no information on how much or who the debt is owed to originally and even worse my ex-wifes name appears as a defendant as well. So was it or is it her debt or what is the best way to figure this out because it goes into a default in 10 days. Thanks

i'm being sued by Capitol 1 for unpaid charge card. i went over my limit and had charges. i made many attempts to pay my bill, paying double, triple the amount they wanted each month. but they kept adding charges and i couldnt get ahead. after 8 months, and over $500 i was stil getting charges. so i said screw them. i was getting charges even after they cancelled my card! now i have to go to court. i'm on SSI, i pay my bills, and Capitol 1 is screwing me! they say i owe them over $1200, it should be around $600. what should i do?:confused:

I get sued by GM Money Bank/JCPenney for the amount $1274.44 for a credit card I don't pay. Can't they garnish my wages o put a lien on my house in the State fo Texas if I don't paid? I just recive the citation.

I had a debt with Discover and in my credit report it appears as a charged off as bad debt and then at the bottom says "Profit and loss writeoff" refering to the same debt. It also appears as a Judgement issue by the Civit Court. The Judgement was filed on 07/08/2009. Last time I heard from Discover was in the year 2007. I am in NY, the SOL is for 6 years. Does it mean that I have to wait until 2013 or 2015?
