When you tally up all the money paid to lenders especially the illegal ones and you have reloaned and reloaned back to back do you take all those fees and add it to the present balance aswell?

Hello i received a couple pay day loans one i set up payments with and the other which is 3 yrs old. I tried to set up payments with them and they claim they have a paper stating i received my income tax and did not send them payment. I did admit to the debt over the phone...I dont know how to deal with this guy as his last statement was dont call me again and ill see you in court....can legal charges be brought against me?

hello, my name is david. i am completely new (and lost) in all of this. i have 4 credit card accounts that i havent paid on in over a year. the total debt of these 4 accounts is roughly $8000. im not sure who even owns these debts. im assuming the original creditors dont own these debt anymore :confused: but im not sure. i had a decent paying job that i got laid off from....and the job i got after that, only paid enough for me to get by with the bare essentials. now, i have a much better job, and would like to settle up with these old accounts.

I have had illegal PDLs in the past. I believe its about 2 years ago. I have paid all the principle and am owed a refund. I keep getting the same place from India calling me. They said they were Nathan Frank and John Frank from United National Law Department. 585-502-7390. They call ever single day all day long. My receptionst will not lie for me and say I don't work there. She is old school and will not lie. She is also close to 70. I am at my wits end. I have no clue how to get them to stop. Please help.

After closing my account,I emailed Cash Central stating I know that they are licensed in Delaware and do not need a license in LA, however, "whenever an action is brought in this state to enforce rights arising from consumer credit transactions wherever made the creditor shall, where applicable, reduce the charges". (LA Consumer Credit Law) I have already paid $292.50 on a $300 loan and I offered to pay them $52.50, which would cover the remaining principal and the fees they would get if they tried to enforce the contract, $45.
