Anyone know the status of this bill or it's future prospects?

Do you have an e-mail adress for anyone at LVNV Funding? I would like to contact them regarding an item on my credit rating report.

I received a 1099C at the same time I received the 1099S. What will these two forms have impact on my tax returns? Thanks.

I posted this post about Frederick J. Hanna & Associates back in February. I sent out a DV & got a response on March 4. Well, I was out of town that week & didn't even know I had received this until tonight. It says that they are a law firm representing Asset Acceptant, LLC Assignee of Citibank (South Dakota). I don't know what to do know & my thirty days to dispute further are up.

A little advise from someone that has been down the payday loan route. A few years ago I got in trouble with payday loans and found my self borrowing more money from one payday loan place to another untill I had enough. After studing the laws in texas I learned that basically there is no state agency that regulates or attempts to regulate the laws of these busnessess they basically are in a grey area. Now after I defaulted on 5 yes 5 payday loans they all attempted to harress me and threaten me.

Is it possible to get a settlement from Capital One even after a judgment in their favor has been issued. I would really like to deal directly with Capital One because the law office they have on my case is going to end up making me file for bankruptcy. I was paying them $100 a month (via bf) and was one day late with a payment so they decided to garnish my bank account because I am not employed and wound up getting my last $30.

i keep getting calls from a powell law office in louieville kentucky. they dont leave a message. does anybody know anything about them

I am asking on behalf of my 79 year old Mother who has approx 20,000 in credit debt that she cannot pay. My mother has recently suffered a major illness forcing us children to get her qualified for medicade to cover nursing home expenses. She has no money to pay those bills and does not know how to negogiate with no money to negogiate with. Can you suggest anything? Bankrupcy is not an option because Medicaide does not allow any financial changes or she will be disqualified. We wrote letters to all the CC to write off the debt to no avail. And now the Creditors are calling.

My boyfriend's ex-wife owes a debt for an OBGYN. We're not sure WHY none of the bills were paid by their medical insurance? Fidelity Creditor Service states that he owes the bill even though their divorce decree states she is responsible for her debts and credit cards. I understand California is a Community Property State - however, a lawyer informed him that the divorce decree is enforcible in this case and that she is responsible for the medical bill. The medical bill is now about $800 and we don't know where his ex would be living now. What should he do?

Today I went to PNC and spoke with branch manager and told her my situation, I have 4 payday loans: USFastCash, Discount Advances, Thinkcash and Ameriloan. I asked her my options, she said that I can close out my account and if it's fully closed out done in the computer then they can't force open the account (I originally was told over the phone that it can be opened within a 30 day time frame). She was very nice and understanding and closed my account. I just sent the letters to usfastcash and ameriloan.
