Last year we defaulted on 2 paydayloan companies. I found these boards and got some really good help so far. Check n go is one of the loans that defaulted. We had other hardships and had to let it go. I know you have to paybills, but like i said certain things happened we had no option but to default on them. Well, check n go sold our debt to another third party collection agency. It is called Vision Credit solutions. They harassed us and called me names on the phone.

I received a payday loan from an internet company called Flobridge. There license that is posted on their website says they are authorized to lend out of Utah and no other states. I sent them an email requesting proof that they are licensed to lend in the state of indiana and they answered all my other questions but that one. They are threatening to garnish my wages. Can they do that?

I have Payday loans with Think Cash and Payday One, they both have been sold to a collection agency. Think Cash was sold to Praxis Financial Services, they did send me a letter reguarding the debt. I owe about $1000, they will not work with me about payment arrangments. I can only afford about $100 a month,they want it paid in 4 months. They are threating to go to my employer for wage garnishment. Can they just go straight to my employer for garnishment or do they have to go through the court system? Also, the loan I had with Payday One was given to IAG.

M. Callihan and Associates are calling my job leaving messages about my social security number and my drivers license being taken away because they have tried numerous attempts to contact me. Can they do that?

I am only in debt about $3500 to $4000 on my credit report/ not counting my car. But this little dept is stupid stuff and some have gone to charge offs. Can I still pay for the charge offs or how do i get these off my report. Help!
