how long is the statue of limitation on collection of debt in pennsylvania

i had a debt on my credit and when i contacted them they said that palisades now has it so i called them and im now making payment arrangements but now hearing all this bad stuff about this company did i do the right thing

All 5 of my cards have all been sent to collections. Out of the 5 cards (Chase, Chase, Citibank, MBNA, and Discover) the only ones that I have settled with is the two chase cards. They were very quick and fast and offered way below what I was expecting! The first week they had my two accounts, they came back at 15% and the larger on at 12.?% and that was a shock! One we owed a little over 13k and they took $2022 to settle in full. The other one we owed 3,200 and they too $500 to settle it.

If I signed a PG for a business credit card, when does the PG become operative? Can they just declare the business in default and go after me personally, or to the have to sue or do some other procedure before enforcing the PG Thanks.

I paid Wells Fargo the money they said they were owed, but in a letter from them they stated the money was sent to Aarow as they were the assingee of Wells Fargo, BUT Aarow Financial was also sent a check in the amount of $4454 for the same account as Wells fargo was paid for, A certified letter to Jack levin, president, has not been answered, letter requests payment of the overage of $3950 to Wells fargo, I would dedfinitely question their, HONESTY, INTERGITY, ETHICS, MORALS. WHAT can I do to convince that firm to be HONEST?

Hi, I'm sure hoping you can answer my question, i was recently contacted by Palisades collections, from NJ, for an auto loan that was written off 15 years ago, my question is can they legally come after me now, and do i have to pay them. This bill according to them is $11,980.00, they have offered a settlement of half, and when i ask for documentation, they told me that it would take 2 months to get it, and that would void out the offer. Also they call call repeatedly, and when i answer they hang up.
