Good.nelly I currently have become another person who feel for online payday loans, I live in California and majority of my paycheck now goes to interest on loans taken out back in December. Cash In A Wink a $400.00 loan has now taken a total of $480.00 out $120.00 each pay date The Seven Group a $250.00 loan has now taken a total of $330.00 out $75.00 each pay date but this last paydate they only deducted $30.00?? Payment Direct a $200.00 loan only $89.00 has been deducted to date

Anyone have any luck with these companies? One Clikc did not respond to the BBB complaint. The other two responded to the BBB by saying my letter complaint not warrant a response. I of course did not accept the response and they responded again by saying the complaint did not warrant a response. The AG of Florida said they would log the complaint. The FTC has not responded. I keep getting calls which I do not answer; they don't leave any messages. I keep getting emails and I keep responding with my original letter. This has been since the end of December.

I just filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Recvd 70 or more calls and I would not answer. I have read all of the negative information online about Redline Recovery. I do not have any bad debts. All debts are paid timely with no problems. File a complaint to the BBB. I did it online very easy. Good luck to everyone.

Life Guard is handling my debt settlement but for two weeks now if you call either of their numbers you get a recording they are not in the office due to incrimanent weather. Then a busy signal. Are they even in business anymore? Thank you Dave

I need help ...I got a payday loan out of only $100 but came to $115 including the fee..I had recently made payment arrangements and I owe my first payment of $16.48 by today 03/04/11..I have always been so good and on time about making my payments until today and I have no idea what I'm going to do.

:evil:I made arrangements to pay back a debt with this group in 3 payments, they took it out all in one lump sum. When I contacted them they said it would take 10 days to get my money back (I'm not sure that will even happen). I want an email address for them as I want to sent notice of intent to sue both in writing, on the phone and via email and by fax.... leave nothing to chance.

Has any one heard of Capital or Capital & Associates? They are harrasing me at work. Some guy named Donald Jackson left a voice mail claiming he has a summons to serve me because I have written a series of fraudulent check. I did not return the call since, my bank accounts are in good standing. He calls back the next day asking, "why I did not call the plaintiffs office?" In response, I said you are leaving fraudulent information on my work number, and to stop calling the office. He kept trying to verify my info, which I refused to give.

I am close to charge off with Capital one with about $18,500 balance and have an offer to settle for 50%. They have been very hard to deal with. I am curious if anyone was able to settle with Capital One for less then 50% before or after charge off.

I just got a letter from my student loan that they took all my irs return for 2010, I call them and they would not toalk to me to see what I need to do to pay this loan off, they were rude and just said that they would garnish my wages next Help!
