You need to get up with us @ the qwik cash A.S.A.P. The bosses want to press charges. I replied to his email that I did not know the checking account was closed; the bank must have closed the Account Due to Inactivity. Just wondering what the law is in Florida. I would go ahead and pay this but I???m in the process of filing a chapter 7.[/FONT][/COLOR]

Hi everyone! I found this forum while googling "Sandpointe Capital" ... but I wish I had found it sooner =/ In a state of desperation, I took out 3 PDL's yesterday - Sandpointe, TTG Services and 247GreenStreet. They all said that my funds would be deposited yesterday, and they have yet to hit my bank account. And after some threads here and there, now I'm in a complete state of panic because I don't know what to do, expect...anything! I know that there are several threads on this ... but can someone just give a heads up on how to handle this situation?

A few days a go, Palisades collection agency started bombarding my husband and I with calls regarding a debt my husband owes that they now own.. We ran his credit report and nothing form Palisades collection agency shows on his credit report... My question is if nothing shows on his recent credit report regarding this particular collection agency how can we be so sure this debt even exist or what type of debt it is? Please help!

I have 20 year old student loans that i need to have brought down to a resonable amount the interest is twice the amout that the loan is, is there a possibility that it can be reduced back to a resonable amount the loan was 5400 to start and now is over 16000 with growing interest :(

a few months ago I went to court on a defaulted credit card. We came to a settlement that I would pay a set amount every month. I haven't missed a payment. The settlement was for me to pay 150 a month on the amount of $1,238. The letter I got said I have not been paying and that the amount is at $1,038. I have already payed $900 to them meaning there should not be that much left to pay. It says the Plaintiff prays that this installment order to be vacated with the judgment to stand. Should I be worried?

my debt was with national city which became pnc. i think it's about 8K. I actually stopped keeping track of these cc debts - anyway, they put me on some reduce pyment /reduce interest plan at $230 a month. (they are crazy) so how do I go about demanding a settlement with them and have any of you had luck with them and for what percentage? and how far behind (how many months were u) before you asked for settlement?

OK ppl, help me figure out strategy here, I am 4 months behind owe 20K. I am a reduce plan for $500 a month (reduced huh?) anyway, I've made some payments here and there but still 4 month behind. How do I approach them for settlement? I am reading 20-25% here. That means only paying like 20 - 25% of loan owned right? How would I go about asking for settlement? Help guys! thanks.

I have recently notified all of my illegal PDLs that I am only going to pay them the balance owed on the original amount borrowed. Some had already been overpaid and I asked them for a refund and PIF. Well, it appears that some are forwarding my accounts to collection agencies. Paycheck today has notified ARM of FL to collect. I have debated back and forth through email with them (paycheck today) that since they are unlicensed to lend in a us state, that makes them illegal in TN. My question is, what letter do I send CAs who are trying to collect on illegal debts?
