I have contacted the NY state attorney generals office over these harrasing phone calls..One more call and we have actionable cause to sue for damages!!! No thank you!..take me off this list!!

I have 80k in debt, not counting my mortgage, $150k in 401k savings and earn $145k/year. I pay $650/month for health ins in addtion to regular billsl I would be better able to manage my expenses if I could rid myself of at least 50k of my credit card and student loan debt. I am 51 yrs old. What can I do?

So I had a thread last year about NCA trying to collect on an old PDL account from ImpactCashUSA. Now it seems they've bought yet another old PDL from LoanPointUSA. It says I owe them $1000 which I know they blew up because I never had a PDL that was over 300-400 so they tacked on lots of fees...some of which LoanPointUSA probably tacked on themselves. I know that LoanPointUSA is not licensed to collect in Florida. I already knocked out a DV letter to them before for the ImpactCash loan they bought. Guess I'll have to do it all over again now with these clowns.

I answer the phones at a preschool. Just about every other day I receive a call asking for our administrative director who is never in. She does not even live in the state where our school is. When I say that she is not in and ask if I can help or get a message to her, the guy hangs up. It is becoming very infuriating to be hung up on so rudely all the time. It is probably a bill collector but I don't know for certain. We don't have caller ID at our school. What should I do about this? The other day I just put him on hold for a long time and then hung up on him.

I paid off my debt with them in december.I am asking them for a letter that said paid in full,they keep hanging up on me.I need the letter so I can get it removed from my credit report.I am trying to buy a car.

i too have received a summons from mark walsh. They are suing for $1070. It says to reply but idk what to do. im lost. Do i contact mr.walsh? I dont have a job because i am attending college and its been hard trying to find a part time job. someone please give me some info
