how long after my 60 will bk show as discharged on my dredit report . its been 65 days and still shows as a ch. 7 petition

want to get a pay day loan how do I go about doing that

I took out a payday loan with PDY Services. I borrowed $200 with a pay off of $279 and they have debited $79 every two weeks for a total so far of $553.00. I called them up and they said that they will continue taking $79 out every two as interest until I pay them the $279 in full. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but I need an actually mailing address for them. Does anyone know their physical mailing address?

I am going with the debt settlement at this point, due to I owe over 80,000 in credit cards. My concern is the program I am in is for 36 months. If I am correct what could happen is the credit card companies will eventually sell the debt to someone else then that party goes after me. After 36 months that is likely to happen and then I was told that if 2 or more companies garnish my salary, my employer has the right to fire me. I reside in California, is that correct?

I have a few credit cards, I just paid one off that had 5000 on it with some money I came into. Now I still have 3 more that total 11,000. Interest rates are around 19%. Should I just go to the bank and ask for a loan to consolidate or should I use a consolidation company? Just not sure how much extra it is and if its worth it. Any advise would be really appreciated.

I owe CK marketing on a payday loan. From reading on here the nightmares people have experienced with them, my biggest concern is that they will contact my employer to supposedly garnish wages (yeah right, I live in Texas). I can not afford to have this embarrasment. What should I do?? I recently defaulted on the loan as of this week, and am now getting telephone calls at work. Any suggestions? Please advise. Is there a letter template out there to request a PDL company refund you the amount you overpaid and provide a paid in full letter? If not, does anyone have any recommendations as to what references should be made when I create one? Thanks for your help!

So, yesterday I sent the VIP Loanshop an ACH Authorization revoke letter...a payment is not due on my account until next week. This morning, I got an email from their collections department...telling me that they would like to work with me to clear up my DELINQUENT account. I have made every payment on time, and the next payment isn't even due yet...how can I be DELINQUENT? LOL. I emailed them and told them that: My account is not delinquent, I have made every payment due, on time.
