How much have you paid? $210.00 Payment arrangement is twice a month - 1st and 15th I made the first payment on 1/15/2015 and I wanted to make sure that it was logging everything correctly on my online account with them. So I log into my account and it still shows an outstanding balance of $700.

Hello, I have an installment loan with PGL which I just found out is not legal in CA and I sent them an ACH Revocation letter that I found on this site on 1/17, didn't hear back, so I resent it on 1/20. They did not attempt to debit my account that I know of on 1/22 (I asked my bank to put a block on them) and just now have been getting random phone calls but no messages but I know its them as I've looked up the phone numbers online. I originally borrowed $800 and paid $1400+ so i requested a PIF letter based on this as well as a refund. Any advice on what to do next?

I need some advice dealing with Lendgreen. I received a loan from them on 9/24/14 in the amount of $400. I calculated my total payments to date which comes to $1100. Do I owe these guys anything else? I have already paid well over the principal. They make it impossible to find your loan info. I finally called and found only $10 is going towards my principal? That is ridiculous! It would take me another year and a half to pay off my loan. Basically I want to see if I am obligated to pay them anything else? I know they say they operate under an Indian tribe.

While many of you know that I myself climbed out of online payday loan hell early last year.. I have yet to defeat the legal lenders here in AZ that fall under registration loans, well this is the year for that.. I have or will be this week be defaulting on them as well.. I have learned that even though they are all but one registration loans that is really no different than a personal loan.. there is no real security behind them. I have shut down my chase account and opened an account at a different location!

Hello everyone! I had taken a payday loan out over a year ago, more like 2 years ago... I paid half of it back or so(about 150$) and they kept tacking interest and whatnot on, so i sent them a cease and desist letter, closed my bank account, and ignored them. I received a phone call today from "Joe Hainey" at "Reliance Exchange", saying my debt is 1100$ but they will settle for 550$, due TOMORROW, 1/16/2015.

Has anyone ever dealt with Orions Management Group LLC? They popped up on my credit report in the fall for a unpaid credit card balance. Took awhile to track down the proper contact information as I never received anything in the mail. Once I did, I asked for debt validation. They sent me a letter and what looks like ALL of the statements for the life span when said credit card was active. I set up payment arrangements & thus far have made about 3 payments each in the amount of $51.50 towards my balance of about $440. On Friday I was unexpectedly laid off my job.

I took out a private student loan from an Ohio university and defaulted in 2011 (I thought it was included in my other loan payments but was not.) The loan is now with the Ohio Attorney General and United Collections Bureau is administering the loan. I have been making payments on the loan for a year, but I am unable to get my transcript until the amount is paid in full. I discovered today that the collections fees being assessed by the OAG and UCB is outrageous. The original loan was $5,000 and it of course sky rocketed with interest and late fees.

First I received a call from 517-219-9163 and left a vmail about getting sued on a payday loan - company I never heard of - then she called my daughter's phone - have blocked now - and then she called my ex -sister in law - she advised to contact 844-386-1177 - I called them and advised that I was being sued - advised that they are fraugelent the man stated he will serve me papers ! I am at my wits end on these people - How do you get low life sumbags to quit harrassing !

This forum is an absolutely Godsend. I had always heard horror stories about one PDL leading to another and another, but I thought, not us. We will pay in full the next payday, end of story. Our first payday loan was in August 2014, and the first couple of times we really did PIF and had no trouble. Things began to snowball though, and we now have 5 outstanding PDLs, all online. In fact, I am ashamed to admit that, in desperation, I had all but signed the contract on a 6th a few days ago, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.
