Can someone tell me if MoneyKey is legit. I really screwed up, I am up to my eyeballs in debt. Will these payday loan companys that are legit work with a payment plan that is not interest out the roof?

How do I look up the court dockets? I live in California. Thanks!

So I got a phone call this morning from a Michael Davis from a C and P group. He said that he was a paralegal from this company, and the attorney's he works for wanted him to call me in this matter. He stated that a company called DGR, is trying to come after me regarding a loan I took out in 2011. I did pay this company through another company called NCR, (Nathional Credit Adjustors) before I found this forum etc. Here is the thing, he had my full social, where I worked, my full car license plate number, my parents home phone number, my parents names and ages.

Just thought I would pass along that these guys have once again transferred the "servicing" of the loans from Delbert back to Cash Call....crooks!!

Hello I am new here but I saw the thread explaining how to make thread to best get help, so I will do my best. I am in california I took loan from TNL Car Title Loan I borrowed $2680 So far I have paid a total of $3216 Hello. I was looking for a Payday Loan for $1800 to pay an unexpected one-time bill. I was told by my payday shop that payday loans were not that large and I needed to go to TNL Car Title Loan to get a Car Title Loan. I have done payday loans before and I was very responsible and my payday shop is good so it was expensive but fair. But this time I have been cheated.

Anyone hear of them? Have a friend who took out a payday loan and is wondering if they are legal in Ohio, all done on line

I got a call from this number, stating that it was a notification of a judgement against me. He stated his name, Anthony James, but did not state the company name. He also included my name, address and SSN in the voicemail. Sounded professional, but haven't been able to find out who its from or what they would be calling about? I have taken out payday loans, and I owe one of them back on about $600. Do payday loan lenders seek paybacks through judgements? I live in California, the call came from Delaware. Thanks

I just checked my credit report and sovereign advance is showing up twice. This is an illegal lender. How do I get this removed from my report. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, did you have success getting it removed???

Okay, so as smart as I think I am sometimes, it hasn't stopped me from getting into some trouble with PDL's. After researching many of the threads as well as local law here in Nevada, I discovered that Nevada has some of the most lax laws regarding PDL companies in the US. That being said- I also discovered that any of the PDL's that reside in and rely on Tribal law, unless licensed in the state of Nevada are ILLEGAL. The law regarding this is NRS 604A.400 Two of the companies I've dealt with so far are: Golden Valley Lending and Maxlend.
