Department Store Credit Card-collection company RJM Acct opened December 22, 1988 in Colorado and RJM purchased it December 12, 2005, has just made contact in the state of Georgia and wants me to pay this account. What should I do?

I closed my bank account on Nov 2nd. Today I sent all my letters, e-mails and faxes to the PDLs. I even got a response from 2 of them, one said they won't try to debit my account but the other said they don't care, they're gonna go ahead and try to debit it anyway. They're not gonna get anything from me because that account is closed but I will still be notified if any debit attempts are made. My questions is: where do I report them if they do ignore an ACH revocation??

Hi I need to know what I can do .. they called my work and told my co worker that I was going to be served tomorrow unless I contacted the law firm at 877 548-4064. When I called it was ADR Natiowide or whatever and I can't reach anyone .. now the call won't even go through. This Tom Hayden says he has documents to serve me and is threatening me with court etc .. and now he is calling my work .. I don't think this is legit but it's very difficult to explain to my employer .. can anyone tell me what I should do next?

Hello...I have two different loans right now through Payday Lenders but they aren't exactly payday loans. I have one with Allied Cash Advance which is called an Express Credit Loan with a balance around $500 and another with Advance America, also a credit line with a balance around $600. The interest they are charging me is crazy...around 330% monthly. Advance America had me sign an agreement to put a lien on my car if I default.

Someone contacted me today from Sterling & Roberts about a payday loan from 04/2009. They claim it is for Summit Group LLC but would not provide any information for the debt nor the company. She stated that I owed $1000 and needed to pay immediately or they would serve me with papers and start garnishing my wages. Help please....She stated that the original debt was $309.04???? Can somebody help me with this please???

Hi! We're really having hard time getting our bills paid..so we ended up taking payday loan, and another to cover that one etc....which made it even worse. I know. No need to say it anymore. We have made changes in our spending but paying off these loans isn't going to be easy. Would you all suggest enrolling in to a debt management program or what would be the best way to handle this?

I have a MBNA account. It is "debt collection" I called the debt collector of my situation and how much I can per month. I received advice to pay the holder of the original debt with a letter explaining the situation. They have accepting and receiving monthly payment for the past three years. I just recently receive a letter from FIA card services. They are asking to making correction to my payment. I am confused and don't know what to do. Please can you help?
