Been getting calls nonstop from this place. From three different people and an automated caller too. Anyone have any experience with them. Thinking they are bottom feeders. Will these calls ever stop!?!?

Hi All! I wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them. I took out an installment loan with them and unfortunately couldn't keep up with payments? I'm in Louisiana where Payday Loans are legal, but confirmed with the OFI they have to adhere to the maximum restrictions (borrowing amount, interest rate, etc.) Do I consider an installment loan a payday loan and do I treat Avant as such? The loan is close to charge-off and they are reporting negatively on TransUnion.

I got this email from USA Financial Services. I have taken out the personal info but they list my city and state as somewhere I have not lived in over 3 years. I know it's long but basically it says I have to appear in a NY courthouse in 2 days.

I wrote a letter to Target Cash Now (the only vendor where I have overpaid) and received a response, and I'm not sure what I should do from here. I made the mistake of taken loans out with these two companies. I have a loan with Spotloan for $800 and with My Back Wallett for $600. I recently discovered that these loans are illegal in the state of NJ. I still owe principal on these which I am willing to pay in installments that I can afford; but these companies are refusing that option. I was looking to see if anyone had any advice on how to proceed. It does appear with the recent settlements by Western Sky that the tribal defense by these companies is no longer going to be valid. I too have used the services of Western Sky/ Cash Call/ Delbert Services. I have paid back the $2500 I borrowed plus a little extra. I stopped paying on the loan two months ago. My question is this: What happens next? Has anyone been sued? Gone to Court? Garnishment? I live in Kentucky and I know of no lawsuits filed against them here. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
