I had a loan with payday loan yes and cash jar, i had paid the principal on both, for payday loan yes i overpaid by $120 and cash jar by $25. I cancelled bank account and sent revoke letters. Payday loan yes called me today at work saying i owe $650 w/prinicipal and interest. I in the past advised through communication through email when they contacted me that i owe nothing as well as when i spoke over phone.

never had a phone under my name that i was aware of they sent me a phone bill after i asked for proof it was my debt only i didnt recognize any of the numbers no calls were made to my own city where all the people i know live and a couple of the numbers the people didnt even speak my language. was wondering how to approach this

I don't have enough fund to pay Wells Fargo Creditor , the atual date is 15th but I won't have money til 26th (I paid them 2 months already). Anyone knows they will terminate the deal or not?

I had an account with B of A a few forevers ago. I NEVER used my card for more than just local shopping. I NEVER had a balance that big in my life because I've been on a poverty level income since retirement. I'm 83 now, and dreadfully scared...this can't be my debt. It's preposterous! My credit card balance now is 600.00!!! And I'm poorer now than when I had the BofA card@ I didn't check my credit details but I used the freebees and got my credit number!!! 830!!! How can I have had a charge off all these years??? years.

Hey everyone just wanted to share my story about this settlement company that saved me from a financial burden that I thought would never go away. I used to wake up every day with that thought of having to work just to pay my bills every month, I think it???s a feeling I???ll never forget. I had lost my job, couldn???t collect unemployment and was using my credit cards just to get by. By the time I find a job to make ends meet it was too late the damage was done.

CAn you do debt consolidation if you do not have credit cards? My debt is from utility bills , medical, bank account default. Can you set up a repayment if the debt is already in collection status?

has anyone had to deal with CREDIT PROTECTION DEPOT ? [COLOR=black][/COLOR] one of my PDL's has now sent my information to this company once they realized that i closed my previous checking account and they couldnt take any money out and they are emaling and calling telling me to go to western union and pay them over $800 that they say I owe them because of our legal contract.

I owe 29,000 for a student loan and have been talking with a DCS rep for the past couple days about a rehab plan. I also owe 7000 for a Sallie Mae loan that I just learned was in default. I have not been contacted by a CA for the Sallie Mae yet. Im wondering in a situation like this is it better to consilidate the loans instead of enterinr rehab with DCS aand still having to deal with the Sallie Mae loan

I do not know how to stop this company from calling my phone everyday 4 or 5 times. What can I do about this?
