I called Bank of America to let them know that the minimum payment due on October 2nd wont be made. We owe $25,000 and i lost my job and are unable to shuffle anymore. The customer service people transfered us to a debt management service. Knowing they will contact all of our creditors I am unwilling to talk to them. The last thing we need is everyone knowing that the bottom is falling out and raising our interest rates. Does anyone know who we need to call at BOA to set up a repayment plan? OTHER THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE? Please help soon!!!!!

How can you get a loan with a paper check and without a checking or savings account

I paid theses blood suckers off prior to realizing they were operating without a license in California (oh well). Now they call me and tell me I have not paid the loan. (bastards. somehow I knew they would screw up) They said that the ACH was returned as a closed account. "This is true" I said. I told them that I paid of the loan with a pre-paid visa card over 2 weeks ago. They said "oh we do not take payments that way." Well do you wanna see my Visa statement with the charge on it?!

Hi all, I am a natural born US citizen and have been living in the Philippines for about 20 years. I have 9 dependents and six children in school from grade one up to second year college. (we are putting a relative through school also) About 3 years ago I began a negative cashflow condition where my expenses were more than my income. Even with severe budgeting I could not balance my budget. So I had to offset the shortage with my USA credit cards by using them to buy groceries and basic necessities.

A credit card was ordered apparently over the internet in 2006. NOW Credit Solutions is contacting me. I asked for a DV, but the only thing I got was a computer screen shot and a copy of a "bill" that says the amount due is $655 on a $400 limit credit card. This can't possibly be a debt validation, can it? When they first called me, it was from an "unknown" number, so I didn't answer. FINALLY someone left a message so I called back immediately. Company name was NEVER identified. He threatened me with calling my employer and hung up on me!

Credit Solutions Corp called from some computer 80+ times. Never left a message. FINALLY a Mr. TROY (I think because he talked too fast) left a phone number for me to call. hello, i had a cc that was eventually turned over for collections (daniels law firm) anyway. we reached an agreement, i had legal representation, was paying every week @ 35.00 sometimes more when i had it. so August of this year i got a letter from the court stating my bal. was as $95.00 (AND I HAVE MY RECEIPTS AS PROOF) which i was planning on paying the end of the month. last night when i got home i noticed that there was a judgement against me from capitol one statign i had to pay $948.56. i thought i was gonna faint.
