Within the last two days, I have received numerous calls from alleged mitigation/legal firms. The NCI or MCI firm, Financial Mediation group, And others that just threaten and give phone numbers to reply to. I was just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing a ramped up amount of these calls. I have been getting some now and again, but they are calling all my phone numbers now. I am not even sure how they got all of those. Most say about the same thing. It is regarding a complaint against me and my social, blah blah blah.

Hello, I got a payday loan from Zip19. I'm in Maryland. They did not take their payment out yesterday so I went online to ask them. They informed me they were having technical difficulties with their debit processing system and they would need another form of payment. What exactly does that mean? I don't want to give them my debit card for fear of them getting double paid.

I am in a huge mess. I had 7 payday loans and paid 3 off and still have 4 left. I just started not repaying them this past month due to I have already paid the initual loan back and alot more. The big one is with Delbert Services which took over my original loan from Western Sky. I am part of a lawsuit filed in Virginia against Western Sky in Dakota. I am getting emails and calls from Delbert Services all the time. They want to change my amount owed and rate to help out but have added 2 years onto the account, so it does not help.

2 years ago I emailed peppercash.com about the validity of their loan in my state of AZ and informed them I didn't owe any more since my payments had amounted to more than the original loan amount. Fast forward and today I received a phone call from someone saying they were informing me that they were serving me on 1/27/14 and they gave me a phone number and case number. The phone number is to a "law office" of Meckler, Reisenbough and Associates in NY - go figure I google the name and nothing comes up.

I received a civil summons from the law firm of Sessoms and Rogers and had been making payments on an account that was originally being handled by Porfolio Recovery for PayPal. I cannot get anyone to return my e-mails or phone calls from Sessoms and Rogers. And Portofolio Recovery wants nothing to do with it other than try to get me to pay on some bogus account from seven years ago that I know nothing about. Should I get an attorney or keep trying to seek some resolution with Sessoms or Rogers? Thanks.

I live in Ohio and took out an installment loan with check n go online. Took out 3000 and by the time all the fees are added and the loan origination fee, I will pay over 7000 in about 8 months time. They deduct about half of each of my paychecks and I'm really struggling to stay afloat. I've called them to ask to adjust the payment amount and to deduct at different interval but still pay the loan off in full at the specified time. They tell me can't change the terms of the loan. Is there anything I can do?
