I subscribe to 2 credit monitoring companies, and from my previous post about 6 weeks ago, had followed the steps here advising delbert and the other PDLs to validate the accounts. Yesterday, out the blue, I get an email stating I have a derogatory credit alert, and Delbert Services has reported on my credit (for the first time) that I am 30 days late, which dropped my score 14 points. I am so angry right now - I need to know what to do at this point.

Help! I've got six outstanding payday loans, each total $300. I was able to secure them against my only source of income, my social security. Stupidly, I kept getting new loans thinking I'd pay off the prior one. Now with owing this much I can't get out from under because I need the $255 (left after they take $45) to survive to pay rent, etc. Is there anything at all I can do? Can I try seeing if I can just pay the interest until I can repay the rest? I've also got medical bills, other bills and I'm drowning. I would appreciate any response or suggestions.

Bi-Weekly I have made payments of $90.69 then a payment on 12/6 of $140.69 I've paid in total of $503.00 As a single mom with no family and only myself to support my household, this was one easy trap to fall into.

Hello, I was in payday loan hell 2 years ago and thanks to this forum I am done and have moved on. I have received a few calles from a company called Schwartz and Seigel. Two numbers: 313-925-3214 and 347-765-0925. They leave a 1-866 number to call back. They are warning me of a court filing in my county, blah, blah, blah. Advice?

I got a call from them today Dec 17 , 2013 6 calls , My wife 6 calls and my daughter 3 calls. They said that I am going to be searved papersTODAY if I do call back. First there is a process they need to go by. I work for attorneys and I know that they can not just hit you with papers. they need to send you a letter then try to call you not 12 times a day to work it out. Then they can file papers that has to be sent to yo through the mail . At that point yo can answere the papers sent to yo by the court. If you dont then they can sue you.

I need some help - I have had several loans with Plain Green and over the past two years I have overpaid more than $4300 in interest. My current loan has a principal balance of $2400.00 - I have been going back and forth for two weeks with them - I have revoked the ACH and Wage Garnishment - pointed out many many times that they are not legal in the State of Ohio. I have asked that my overpayment be applied to the outstanding principal and lets call it even - I will not pursue a refund.

Our bank account was levied last month by a creditor that I have been paying for two years. The reason they levied was because I lost my payment book while out of town and forgot to pay on the account. To be honest, I am paying on so many judgments due to my Husband losing his job, and me being unable to work due to my health, that it just got forgotten about. In any case, we had cashed in my Husband's 401K to pay our house note and to pay some other bills off and so there was money in our account at the time. The balance of the judgment was $1378.26, according to the court clerk.

i got a payday loan from targetcashnow and i am in california... they took over 700 for a 300 loan... i contacted my bank sent them a letter stating that i am no longer allowing them access to get money from my account,... they have stated they do not fall under any jusrisdiction due to them being a tribe.. what can i do as far as from them trying to get more moeny from me... also can i get what i have overpaid back from them... i also informed them since they fall under native american laws that since i am a resident of california anything that i sign should fall under california laws...

PRESSLER & PRESSLER. Came to my house & till this day keep harassing me, regarding a debt they claim I owe but now look at how professional these people are. The wouldn't tell me exactly who I owe. I don't know how this is allowed but they withdrew the so called debt from my husbands checking account ($230.00).
