I subscribe to 2 credit monitoring companies, and from my previous post about 6 weeks ago, had followed the steps here advising delbert and the other PDLs to validate the accounts.
Yesterday, out the blue, I get an email stating I have a derogatory credit alert, and Delbert Services has reported on my credit (for the first time) that I am 30 days late, which dropped my score 14 points.
I am so angry right now - I need to know what to do at this point.
