I have 5 payday loans i pay every time i get paid. I got in this situation when my spouse got let go from her job! i don't know what to do..... please help! I live in Arlington, TX and have loans at Ace, Rise, Ez loans, Cash store and Cash america. If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it!!

Hi! I was just notified through the Providence Group which claim to not be a debt collector that Western Sky is suing me for $40,000. In 2012, I took out a $5,000 loan through Western Sky with an insane 3 figure interest rate (i don't remember the rate off hand). When I stumbled upon this forum in the spring (trying to figure out how I would deal with all these payday loans), I learned that these type of loans are illegal and that I was not obligated to pay anything more than the principal. I made 11 months of payments 10 months of payments totaling $4,860.

My ex wife received a phone call from a person claiming to be a litigator and that I needed to call them at once or they would send an office to my work place. I called them, it was regarding a payday loan with Bayside cash. The original loan amount was 500, I paid a couple hundred on it but could not afford it anymore. This was over a year ago. I have never received any paperwork regarding the bill. Bayside sold it to Pike financial and they cahrged it off. The guy said he represents Northern Resolution Group. I thought it was legit cause I wanted to pay the bill.

Hello I just need an opinion if you suspect this to be a scam. I have 2 payday loans and after numerous payments, I couldn't keep up. Someone recommended me to consolidate my loans. So I was given the name of the company. So I contacted them and signed up. I was told they would contact the lender and have them stop calling me. It has now been over 1 month and they withdrew money from my account and placed it in a escrow account with Global Client Solutions. I still notice that I was still getting calls though I was told they would notify the lenders.

Hi, I have been reading this website and am amazed at the knowledge. I need some help with Unified PS Group. Here is my story: I took out a PDL in November of 2012 from Bayside Cash for $500. My wife and I were facing foreclosure and were desperately trying to save our home. However, we were forced into Chpt 13 in December of 2012. 3 payments of $150 were deducted from my checking account for the PDL and then, at the demand of the BR trustee, my checking account was closed. No address was available for Bayside and they did not answer the BR petition.

I was scheduled to make my final principal only payment to Credit Protection Depot for MyCashNow on 12/2. Because I was out of town I called on 12/2 to tell them I wouldn't easily be able to make the payment until today. They didn't answer Credit Protection Depot like usual, it was some other name like Sun River Associates or something like that. I verified that this was indeed the right place to call and they said it was and verified that this was my final payment. Today, I made my normal (and final!) Moneygram payment.

Hi, I have got myself into quite the mess. I am not looking for a lecture trust me I am kicking myself as it is. I went through a hard time and made the poor decision of getting a couple payday loans. Now I need to pay them all. I have payment plans set up but I cannot afford to pay them all and I am not sure the reprocsussions if i have to put them off. Also because they have tryied tot ake money from my account I am overdrawn in my checking account.

Hello All, It has been awhile since i've posted here, but I just had an interesting phone call with a collection agency trying to collect on an illegal pay day loan debt that they claim I have. Following the instructions in this forum, I informed them that I needed their address. They repeatedly asked why so finally i said for a cease and desist letter. They told me they would not provide me with any address and that they will be taking me to court.

This company is indeed a frued! I have done alot of resreach. You open an account. Send in money... in my case I took out cash advancement's. None of the advancetments would accept this type of payment plan. T&C assured me they would. The check's all hit the bank at once. Which came out of my accounT. Once I had a desposit from my S.S. Dibility check. I was over drawn, so that needed to be paid. None of the check cashing advancement's were notified of this payment arrangement. Although I was told they were. Payment's to two were made of $15.00 a total of $30.00.
