Question for you please! I kept getting this call from a very intimidating man leaving messages all week long so I thought i'd call back and see if it was an old credit card or something. Turns out he says he is calling about a 2008 payday loan from EME my husband took out and they put the check through and it was insufficient funds. That was over 2 years ago! We remember doing an internet loan during christmas time but seriously cant remember if it was bounced or if we paid it. It may have bounced but we just cant remember. So....

Has anyone ever had any luck getting back refunds from Integrity Cash Advance or Cash Direct? Between the two they owe me about $1200. Just wanting to see if I am beating a dead horse.

Has anyone ever heard of this collection agency? I'd like to get some info on them. I did a web search and the first thing that came up was a rip off alert. Is this company legitimate? Emily

I don't want to quite go the the step of closing my account. I called today and the lady told me that the only option available was to continue with the current pay down system. Has anyone had any luck with them? I took out $500 in April and have made $1,000 in payments.

Need some advaice, stupid me was in a bind, got a PDL with PDL ventures, for $300.00, did not realize they where not licensed to do buinsess in my state, plus they have taken way more than i should have paid for a $300.00 loan. To date I have paid a toal of $830.00, towards a $300.00 loan, i stopped making paymernts, they say I still owe $160.00, I do not think I legally owe this, plus i think i am entitled to a refund. Anyone give me some advice on this?

Hi. I have no idea what to do. I have only one debt with B of A but it is over $21,000. It is a credit card with an interest rate of over 23%. I am no longer able to pay the monthly payments. I have no idea how to go about lowering the interest rate. I am reluctant to discuss with the bank as I don't believe that it will help. I am totally unfamiliar with what to do and am very wary of the organizations I have spoken with. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what may be the best solution? I am in over my head with PDL's. I had several online PDL's that I know are illegal and worked with them to revoke ACH's and settle the debts (with the irritating exception of the Little Loan Shoppe). Now, however, I still have 4 store front PDL's. I was trying to invoke the EPP (extended payment plan) at two of them: Check N Go and EZ Money. They both said there was no such thing as the EPP. So, my checks for these two PDL's bounced. NOw, they want me to pay the full amount within 30 days or it goes to the lawyers/collections. Has anybody else been able to successfully use EPP in Nebraska?
