This company has been calling my phone for the last year. I have told them 4 times they have the wrong number and person and each time, stop calling me. Again they threaten serving and blah, blah, problem is it's not even my debt. This company is horrible!!!.

On November 4, I was left a voice message by someone claiming to be from 'Global Investments and Acquisitions' at (404) 220-9783. They made vague threats regarding litigation and serving paperwork through my home county's justice department.

I payed off a debt through oxford management and instead of paying the original creditor they kept my money and sold my debt to another company. No I am being garnished by a third company. Unfortunately I cant find any way to prove that I settled the debt with Oxford. Any suggestions??

I live in TN and have received notification from a copmany that obtained my PD loan and I think it may be illegal against the TN law as the interest rate is over 600% Do online PD loan companies have to comply with the TN state maximum interest rates as the consumer lives in TN or can they charge whatever they like based on where their business is located?

I have had 2 lines of credit with cashnetusa over the past 2 years. 1 when I lived in northern VA, and one more recently when I moved to central florida. I have come on tough times financially and have been unable to keep up the payments. Reading on the forums here, I noticed that in Florida, the maximum amount cashnet extends is 500.00, however when my new loan was opened in september, they extended me 1100.00(same as prior amt I had in VA). I made 1 payment before things went haywire for me, and now I show an amount in default which is basically the entire balance less one payment.

I paid my last months rent when I moved out of my old apartment. This company is asking for money for a repair I did not cause. They won't look into the paper work on file to verify.

My husband's work got a call for him from 877-699-3690 and someone named Nancy wanted to talk to him. His work told her that he could not receive personal calls at work and asked if she wanted to leave a message, which she did not and did not want to say who she was with. They have called his work several times today. My husband called me and I looked up the number and it says Vision Financial. Anyone ever heard of them or have any information about them. Wanting to check things out a little so we know who/what we are dealing with, etc.

Does this ever happen to anyone else...I work midnights and I woke up and I saw I had 24 missed calls. All out of state area codes, Cayman Islands, no caller id phone calls. I called a couple back and they said they were out of service or it was music playing. I looked a couple of the numbers online and they all seemed to be payday loan companies. I have not applied or taken out any loans in a long time and it was so random to get so many phone calls. I was just curious if anyone else ever had this problem.

Has anyone had dealings with Accurate "supposedly a collection agency? " They are representing Multi Source loans? Multisource said my loan was with United Loan Servicing now. I asked Accurate about this and they said that United Loan Servicing turned the loan over to them. Please help me understand this.
